scam i get thoses all the time its a scam
I wouldn’t try, just in case
It’s a scam and they are doing more of these by the day. They want all your personal info so i would delete it or spam it’ as it ain’t so..Sorry.
If it’s a legitimate UK business, they will be in some kind of business registry over there. Using that business registry you can check on the address and contact details for the company. You can then send a brief email and ask them if they have been running a competition.
Don’t use any addresses or phone numbers that came with the emails/texts. It’s always best to use independent sources of known trustworthiness such as a phone book to verify anything like this before proceeding.
Also, google a phrase of the text and enclose it with inverted commas “” and usually if it’s a hoax you’ll see various hoax busting sites will be in the top places.
