No, it means one payment if it is done at the same time. You can do multiple cards at the same time. If you have the option, I would suggest that you take the money into your own account, and distribute it from there.
This means if you pay off other debts with the card (or check they sent) and you pay off the entire balance within one year, then your interest is 0%, miss a payment, or pay late just once, then they got you and you will pay a much much higher interest.
