Anytime I try to hit Mode + TV, the TV turns off. If I try using or programming the TV/VCR button, it just turns on captions. I’ve tried using the bypass button, but the moment I touch the TV button, it turns it off. Essentially, no matter what buttons I push, I always get back into Cable mode somehow.
